Reinforcing

reduces recruitment expense, disruption and delays. Often these schemes,

and benefit packages. Applying measurement criteria to an incentive programme
creates an effective field of accountability. From measuring staff kpi
achievement or simply contracted hours, to sales force target performance,
or customer purchasing levels; wherever measurement can be made - motivation
