Our client Car Care Plan are Europe's leading vehicle warranty business. They underwrite a whole range of manufacturer schemes usually marketed anonymously under the makers name or sub brand.

A range of promotional techniques are used to generate sales and renewals. Some are directed at the end-user via direct mail, others incentivise dealer network staff usually on a vehicle sales penetration ratio measurement.

Client: Care Care Plan Ltd
Proposition: Staff incentive to sell 'own brand' extended warranty cover to used vehicle purchasers within franchised dealer network.
Objective: Increase sales penetration to target - based on conversion ratio by incentivising all participants. Dealerships compete within eight leagues. Reward top performer and runners up in each league.
Target: UK used vehicle sales staff and service receptionists.
